We’re excited for this new challenge, running for 30 days, starting November 1st. In the past, our yoga challenges have focused on trying to come 30 times in 30 days, or trying to attend 3 classes per week for 6 weeks. This challenge is a little different. You get to choose what your challenge will be! If you’re looking to build a consistent, sustainable practice, perhaps it’s coming three times a week for the entirety of the challenge. Or maybe it’s trying to do a total of 10 classes in 30 days. You might prefer something more focused on having a Mantra or setting an intention for your practice. Some people could choose to build more of their yoga community relationships before and after class, while others could make it a goal to ask the teacher a question after every class about something that’s confusing to them, or uncertain in their yoga practice.
So it’s up to you!
Is there a yoga pose you’d like to work towards? Now’s your chance to make that an achievable goal, perhaps.
Do you struggle coming to certain classes, or are you nervous about trying something new? Your challenge could be working towards that thing that scares you for the next 30 days.
Take this challenge and run with it, and see what you can do! Sign up in the studio next time you come to practice. Or call or email with any questions you might have!
