Non-Heated Lunchtime
The Class
On Mondays and Wednesdays, our Lunchtime Non-Heated classes rotate between our Slow Flow and our Yin classes. More passive in nature, with dim lighting, these classes are a great way to break up the busy work day.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, our Lunchtime Non-Heated classes are the more active Vinyasa practice – a great way to get a little more movement and activity into your day. For more info, click the buttons below for full class descriptions.
40-minutes long, these classes are available by $10 drop-in or our $60 Unlimited Month Lunch Pass
FAQ’s
Why only 40 minutes?
Our goal with these lunchtime classes is to ensure someone with a 60-minute lunch break has time to leave work, come to class, and go back to work without being late!

The Teachers
During the pandemic, never one to shy away from a challenge, she enrolled and completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training, Yin Yoga training, and an AFLCA exercise theory & group exercise, cycle certification. She is currently in training for her Yoga Nidra certification. To Dianne, her experience is to be passionate about what you do and to remember to listen to your inner wisdom, as it will always lead you to amazing places.
She is passionate about writing, and loves the great outdoors – camping, all-things paddling, biking, hiking with her family and 2 pups – as well as making home-made things (renos included).
Laurie finds both playfulness and grounding through her yoga practice, and she strives to focus on the union of breath with movement. Her yoga journey started 8 years ago and continues to evolve through regular practice, continuous learning, and the joy of sharing this practice with others.
